Introduction

We started as a small online shop on Facebook in 2013. Our persistent commitment and passionate hard work made us one of the most trustworthy Korean beauty products retailers in our local market in 2017. In 2018, we decided to expand our network to make our loyal customers more accessible by opening a brick and mortar store in Yangon. Then, we registered our business as a company named "Beauty & Me Myanmar Company Limited" in 2019 under the Union of Myanmar.

Order Confirmation: Order confirmation acknowledgement will be send to you via email or SMS.
Delivery Terms Items are able to be self-collected within 3 days from the date of ordering. As all our products are directly shippped from oversea, you would receive a call once item arrives our Yangon Collection point. We encourage all customers to collect within one week after receiving the call of collection..
If you are impossible to collect within a week, please kindly inform us by sending email to "beautyandme117@gmail.com or private message to Beauty & Me.
If the item is not collected within one month from the date of arrival at Ygn Collection point, it will be sold to other customers and your deposit will also not be refunded.

Exchange & Refund: As items sold are non-refundable/non-exchangeable, please make sure you filled in the correct item code and product link as stated on the facebook page.
For all pre-order items, No Cancellation is allowed after confirmation of your purchases.
The color of the actual items may not exactly the same as what you seen in the picture due to the different resolution on different computer.
